Something creepy will be invading Town Center of Virginia Beach at Halloween Town & Treat! Prepare for a ghoulish assortment of characters to take over, turning the Fountain Plaza area into THE scariest place to party in preparation for Halloween.

This free event, fun for the entire family, will offer Trick or Treating in Town Center, arts and crafts activities, a Halloween piano recital, “Thriller” dance performances, and more.

Dress up in your finest ghostly attire, come join us for some monstrous fun, and “prepare to scare!”
