Bring your beach chairs and get ready for a once-in-a-lifetime family event – a FREE Beach Party Premiere of Disney Channel’s “Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie!”

This Disney Channel premiere movie will be shown on a giant inflatable screen right on the beach at 33rd Street!

The festivities begin at 7:00pm with games and family fun, followed by the movie at 8:00pm.

The “Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie” follows the Russo family as they embark on a vacation to the Caribbean resort where Jerry and Theresa (the parents) first meet.  The adventure comedy has Alex (daughter) upset that she must accompany her family on the trip, and she ultimately conjures a spell that reverses her parents’ fateful first meeting and puts the Russo family’s very existence in question.  To cancel the spell, Alex and Justin (older brother) must set out through the jungle to find the all-powerful “Stone of Dreams.”  Meanwhile, Max (younger brother) scrambles to make his parents fall in love again.  As Alex and Justin are searching for the stone, Justin disappears because he is the first child, so Max and Alex must prove that they can save their family on their own.
